Client-Side Assurance

Wade have been engaged by the client to provide Construction Technical Authority and Management to the project. The project comprises of a large new build facility on an existing brownfield site next to a manufacturing facility.

Wade have worked extensively with the selected EPCM partner on the project to enable continuity between both the client's standards for construction and the expectations from local legislation (OSHA).

Knowing the Standards and Bridging the Gap

The extensive knowledge of both the clients required global standards and the challenges of working in and around live GMP environments has led to a successful start to this project which is due for completion in 2027 and to date has over 100k hours without a LTI.
